Privacy Policy

Information we collect

• Order & shipping details: your name, shipping address, email, and (optionally) phone number, so we can fulfill and deliver your order.
• Payment information: card and billing details are entered on Stripe's secure checkout. We never see or store your full card number — Stripe processes the payment on our behalf.
• Newsletter email: if you opt in, we keep your email to send show reminders and drop alerts. You can unsubscribe anytime.
• Basic usage data: standard server logs and aggregate analytics that help us keep the site running.

How we use your information

• To process payments and prevent fraud (via Stripe).
• To produce and ship your order (via Printful, our print-on-demand partner).
• To send order confirmations and respond to support requests.
• To send marketing emails only if you opted in.

Who we share it with

We share data only with the service providers needed to complete your order: Stripe for payment processing and Printful for printing and shipping. After checkout, the order confirmation page loads a Google Customer Reviews opt-in. That shares your email, order number, delivery country, and estimated delivery date with Google so they can offer a review survey. Google only emails you if you choose to opt in. Each provider has its own privacy policy. We do not sell your personal information.

Cookies

Your cart is stored locally in your browser. Stripe may set cookies during checkout for security and fraud prevention. We don't use cookies to track you across other websites.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop sending you marketing emails. Contact us using the details below and we'll take care of it.
