Orders & payment

All prices are listed in US dollars unless noted otherwise. Payment is processed securely by Stripe at checkout. Your order is confirmed once payment is successfully captured. We reserve the right to cancel and refund an order if an item is mispriced, out of stock, or the order appears fraudulent.

Shipping

• Our products are print-on-demand, produced and shipped by Printful. Each item is made just for you after you order.
• Typical fulfillment (production) takes a few business days, plus shipping time based on your location and the method you choose at checkout.
• Shipping costs are calculated live at checkout based on your address and the items in your cart.
• Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier or customs delays. Any import duties or taxes are the customer's responsibility.

Returns & refunds

Because every item is custom-made on demand, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, wrong size, or wrong color selected at checkout — so please double-check your size and options before ordering.

However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we'll make it right. Contact us within 30 daysof delivery with your order details and a photo of the issue, and we'll arrange a free replacement or a refund. Lost-in-transit packages are handled case by case with the carrier and Printful.

All Just Mew designs, logos, and content are owned by us and may not be reproduced or resold without permission.

Not financial advice

All Just Mew content — including Beyond The NFT, the Meta Beast Roaming Party, Community Building Decentraland Spaces, and any posts, streams, or conversations — is provided for entertainment and informational purposes only. Nothing we share is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice, and no guest appearance, project mention, or discussion is an endorsement or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any token, NFT, or other asset. Crypto and NFTs are volatile and risky. Always do your own research and consult a qualified professional before making any financial decision. You are solely responsible for your own choices.

Limitation of liability

The site and products are provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, Just Mew is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the site or products. Nothing here limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.
